2. Needs assessment
Is the space still maintainable? We perform a surface moisture measurement, identify the materials and dimensions, and determine what's in good condition and what needs maintenance or repair. We inspect and document the space thoroughly and mark the areas that need attention.
After the visit, we send a comprehensive illustrated report and possible maintenance options with pricing to your email — completely free of charge.
3. Pricing
The price is determined by the maintenance package tailored to your wishes and needs — whether the space needs only light maintenance, a more thorough refresh, or something in between.
We can calculate an exact price during a free assessment visit.
Maintenance prices range from a few hundred to a few thousand euros.
Assessment visit
The assessment visit takes about 30 minutes per space. The visit is completely free and non-binding, but it's necessary for documenting the space, preparing the report, and calculating the prices. You'll receive a detailed quote by email with all the information you need, so you can take your time deciding — the choice is yours.
