Something not right with our work? We want to fix it as quickly as possible. Follow the instructions below to file a complaint — it only takes a few minutes.

Photograph the area

Take at least two photos of the area in question: one close-up that clearly shows the issue, and one wider shot that shows the size of the area. Phone photos work just fine.

Find your contract ID

The contract ID can be found at the bottom of your Vevex quote. If you can't find the ID, you can select "I couldn't find the contract ID" in the form.

Fill out and submit the form

Enter the contract ID, attach your photos, and describe the issue. Submit the form and wait for confirmation — you'll receive a confirmation email.
