Email invoices via scanning service

Please send only invoices to this address. Invoices should be sent as PDF attachments, and any appendices must be included in the same file as the invoice itself.

• You can send multiple invoices in one email as long as each invoice is a separate attachment with a unique filename.
• Maximum email size is 5 MB.
• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents (version 1.3 or newer).
• PDF files must not be locked or password-protected.

Postal invoices via scanning service

Address details must be complete on both the invoice and the envelope to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

• Please send only invoice materials to the scanning address. All mail is automatically processed into our accounts payable — other materials will not reach the intended recipient.
• Please use only black text on white background for the clearest results in invoice data recognition.
• Please do not use staples on invoices sent to the scanning service.
