Why isn't maintenance priced per square meter?

Per-square-meter pricing doesn't serve you well. The same area in different locations can require vastly different amounts of work, so there's no logic in treating every square meter the same. Planning and execution simply wouldn't work that way. Tile sizes, materials, linear meters, corners, quantities, heights, needs, and wishes determine the required amount of work and price. We don't price by area — we price for you, and equally for everyone else. Per-square-meter pricing may be easy to use and teach to salespeople, but properly assessing maintenance needs requires an on-site visit and professional expertise.
