We inspect and document carefully, mark areas that need maintenance, and after the visit email you an illustrated condition report along with any maintenance quotes. Completely free of charge.

You can be given several options. The space can receive a comprehensive refresh that makes it feel just like new, a smaller urgent maintenance is also possible, or anything in between.
